We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and deliver mentoring.
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, country, application stage and anything you write in an enquiry or booking form. We do not collect special category data and ask that you do not send medical or financial details through the site.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver consultations and mentoring, and keep records of the support provided. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Booking is handled by Calendly and messaging may take place over WhatsApp; each processes data under its own privacy policy. Enquiry forms open your own email client, so the message is sent by you directly to us.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it may still be useful to you and deleted when it is no longer needed. Client records are retained for the duration of the application cycle and a reasonable period afterwards.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
Many applicants are under 18. Where that is the case we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of the enquiry, and we are happy to include them in correspondence.
